Ireland head coach Noel Mcnamara announced the side that will face Italy on Friday in Rieti in the third round of the u/20 Six Nations Championship. There are two changes to the starting line-up that claimed a 24-5 win over Scotland two weeks ago.
Vice captain and scrumhlf, Craig Casey return after missing the game against Scotland while winger Ultster's Angus Kernohan will make his first appearance of 2019 after earning five u/20 caps during the 2018 season. There are four players named amongst the replacements who will be looking to win their first U20 caps on Friday, with Billy Scannell, Callum Reid, Ben Healy and Ronan Watters all included.
